Job Overview:
SAP Payroll Consultant
You will be responsible for the technical delivery and configuration of SAP H4S4 Payroll.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Configure schemas, wage types, infotypes, retro-calculation logic, off-cycle processing.
- Design and support integrations with ECECP systems.
- Define and execute data migration plans.
- Establish testing frameworks and audit-ready documentation.
- Provide steady-state support including payroll cycle monitoring and legislative/tax updates.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll on S/4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise in schemas, wage types, and payroll rules.
- Strong consulting background, facilitating fit-gap analysis.
- Experience working across diverse payroll landscapes.
- Practical payroll administration knowledge.
- Integration skills across ECECP systems.
- Discipline in testing and cutover planning.
