Job Overview

The SAP Principal Specialist leads comprehensive delivery across Payroll, Human Resources, and Environmental Health & Safety functions. This encompasses setting strategic objectives, driving initiatives, and managing systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA for Payroll, and ECC6 HR/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across Payroll, Human Resources, and EH&S
  • Set strategy, drive initiatives, and manage SAP systems (SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA for Payroll, ECC6 HR/Payroll)

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Extensive experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA across functional consulting and solution architecture
  • Proven track record in leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks like SAP Activate, and delivering configuration services
  • Led multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in process-driven environments
  • Deep expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (Payroll, Time, PA, OM, MSS, People Analytics, SuccessFactors) with strong understanding of employee lifecycle and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance, including data standards, quality, lifecycle, integration, and security
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a focus on collaborative outcomes
  • Good to have: SAP certification in relevant SAP modules
