Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in insurance customer service and broking administration, ensuring seamless delivery of operational tasks.
  • Support the Service Manager with escalated issues, reporting, meetings, and projects, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Work closely with brokers to assist clients with renewals, insurer queries, and administrative tasks, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Strong administration and customer service skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring staff members.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, including delegation of workflow, to drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with ability to think creatively and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to achieve business objectives.
