About This Expert Role

As a Senior Enterprise Consultant, you will be an expert in at least two modules within the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Time Tracking). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client business requirements and developing tailored solutions
  • Architecting the Workday solution to meet clients' needs
  • Demonstrating configurations through prototype systems and assisting clients in testing the Workday solution

You will work closely with clients to convert legacy data into Workday and collaborate with the Integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions. You must possess in-depth knowledge of Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it consistently across all engagements. Your primary goal is to ensure clients derive maximum value from Workday's solutions and mentor other consultants effectively.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience implementing HCM solutions such as HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, and Time Tracking
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company required
  • Bachelor degree or relevant industry experience
