Business Innovation Role

This opportunity is centered around crafting and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for clients using expertise in technical analysis.

Key aspects of this position involve developing clean, robust code for large-scale systems and collaborating with teams to deliver customer-centric results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement software solutions that meet client needs
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business outcomes as an active team member
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior digital business analyst role
  • Deep understanding of financial products, processes, and systems
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in customer onboarding, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial crime prevention
  • Creativity in simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving, and analysis
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with human-centered design techniques
  • Able to communicate product vision to key stakeholders and teams, and work with the product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories, and goals for individual sprints
  • Mastery in leading workshops through the discovery, development, and operational usage stage of change in a cross-functional business and IT team
  • Able to quickly understand the technical stack and grasp basic know-how of the systems that deliver requirements
  • Able to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
