Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our ACT investigations team as we continue to expand. As a Factual Investigator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Your day will be designed by you, offering a unique blend of variety and autonomy. You will attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra, with opportunities to work across the ACT as required.

You will interview key parties, take statements, and collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner. Effective communication with our support team will be essential, and they will provide thorough training in our case management system and ongoing assistance in the field.

Requirements:

- Current and valid Investigators Licence;
- Current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
- Ideally experience in CTP claims and/or Workers Compensation claims;
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
