Escape Room Host Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to join our team of host professionals.

As an Escape Room Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests. This involves greeting, briefing, chatting and debriefing teams of 2-7 people throughout their entire escape room experience.

You will also have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills by creating delicious cocktails in our bar and reset the room for the next team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and brief teams at the beginning of their escape room experience
  • Create a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the experience
  • Mix and serve cocktails in our bar
  • Reset the room for the next team
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of the experience

Requirements:

  • High Energy and Enthusiasm: A positive and energetic attitude is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues is critical.
  • Attention to Detail: You should be able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work on weekends.
