**Requirements:**
An undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with the Linux graphics stack and user-space components to low-level kernel drivers.
Exceptional software project management skills, including risk assessment and resource allocation.
Ability to balance technical leadership with effective team governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Rapid problem-solving skills, demonstrated by your capacity to manage multi-cycle improvements.
