About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of standout service, team development, and regulatory compliance within our gaming operations.

The role involves overseeing daily operations of the gaming room, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, leading, training, and mentoring team members, ensuring full compliance with South Australian gaming regulations, including RSG requirements, managing gaming machine performance, and coordinating promotions.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, or supervisory role, who is passionate about leadership and has a strong understanding of gaming operations and customer service excellence.

Ideally, the successful candidate will hold current RSA and SA RSG certification or be willing to obtain it before commencing.
