The role of Branch Allocator is an entry-level position that provides a solid foundation for learning about our business and customers.

As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the SA&NT Administration Manager and receive full training and ongoing support to ensure success within the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate calls to Field Service Technicians as required
  • Create and update customer records
  • Log breakdown requests
