We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team at Relationships Australia Victoria. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision to employees, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct direct client counselling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective service programs, ensuring alignment with our contractual obligations and strategic direction.
- Contribute to the planning and development of the service, utilizing your expertise to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
About You
- You hold tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, or occupational therapy, with further graduate qualifications in mental health, family violence, counselling, and family therapy.
- You have at least five years of experience in clinical supervision, with a proven track record of leading and developing clinical teams.
- You possess highly developed communication skills, with a focus on providing constructive and proactive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- You have sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to the planning and development of the service.
- You have experience working with family violence, mental health, child protection, and relevant service sectors.
