This influential role involves mentoring entrepreneurs to build high-performing, financially successful operations.

  • Optimize Operations – Provide hands-on guidance to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Drive Growth – Coach franchisees in achieving and exceeding their goals through performance analysis and strategic planning.
  • Train & Empower – Deliver engaging workshops and 1:1 sessions on leadership, operational excellence, and compliance.
  • Ensure Compliance – Conduct audits, monitor regulations, and assist with continuous improvement plans.
  • Build Relationships – Establish strong partnerships with business owners, providing them with trusted advice and support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business strategy, sales growth, or financial management
  • A strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ideally in health, aged care, or franchising)
  • An engaging communicator with the ability to inspire and lead
  • Analytical mindset – confident in interpreting KPIs and business metrics
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to support our network
