Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage high-end carpentry works
  • Run projects independently with full support
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Learn or apply business management skills
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Perform material take-offs and estimations
  • Projects include new builds, large renovations, modular housing installation and commercial works
Required Skills & Experience
  • Qualified carpenter with proven experience
  • Strong desire to grow beyond tools-only work
  • Business mindset and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Valid carpentry qualifications and relevant tickets
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform quality work
