Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Security Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security solutions into customers' environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security solutions in public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or private cloud (Kubernetes, OpenStack) environments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Palo Alto Networks Cloud security technologies and best practices
  • Migrate customers from legacy firewall technologies to Palo Alto Networks platforms
  • Deliver expert-level support and guidance on deploying advanced Palo Alto Networks features and functionality
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution to perform initial troubleshooting and issue identification
  • Collaborate with our Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose support cases
  • Ensure customer needs are met and deliverables produced on time according to specified project deliverables and scope

Requirements

  • Experience with network, security solutions, and technologies leading security solutions in large environments
  • Hands-on experience with delivering infrastructure solutions and related security aspects in Public / Private / Hybrid cloud solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to cloud technology such as orchestration, provisioning, workload balancing, and auto-scaling scenarios
  • Proficiency in installation, configuration, and operation of high-end firewall appliances, ideally with Palo Alto Networks products
  • Possess one or more of the following industry certifications: CISSP, CNSE, JNCIE-SEC, CCSE, CCSM, PCNSE, RHCSA, CKA, GCP PCSE, AWS CS
  • Able to effectively handle multiple projects and work calmly under pressure
  • An excellent communicator with strong verbal social skills, able to communicate with senior leaders, technical peers, and non-technical partners
  • Able to work collaboratively with customers' security & network teams to build confidence across impacted business units
