Cloud Security Solutions Expert

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Security Solutions Expert, you will work closely with our field sales team to ensure customer success by providing technical expertise in public cloud domains and proposing solutions based on our cloud security offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the field sales team to make customer accounts successful by providing technical expertise of public cloud domains.
  • Propose and architect solutions for customer requirements based on our cloud security offerings.
  • Understand customers' cloud compliance and security requirements and come up with end-to-end solutions.
  • Help customers with product installation, setup, configuration, and larger rollouts.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Product Manager to make customers successful.
  • Understand customers' down-the-line needs and brainstorm solutions with them.
  • Constantly learn and stay on top of the latest developments in cloud security domains and container ecosystems.

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with configuration of public cloud services through console and API.
  • Ability to write scripts in popular scripting languages like Python and Bash.
  • Prior experience interacting with customers in similar roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
