Job Title: Head of Financial Operations and Governance

Join us as we embark on an exciting opportunity to lead our financial operations and governance team. As the Head of Financial Operations and Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, including budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and present them to our Board and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the arts, culture, or non-profit sectors.
