We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Expert.
Main Responsibilities:- Course Development: Participate in workshops to create engaging online learning experiences, focusing on real estate investment strategies and practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to align course content with practical insights and expertise.
- Lecture Preparation: Collaborate with instructors to develop authentic lectures, performance tasks, and identify opportunities for formative feedback.
- Content Creation: Write and structure course content based on a pre-approved course map, ensuring accuracy and appropriate referencing.
- Assessment Design: Create assessment tasks and rubrics in collaboration with instructors and client leads, including development of supporting materials.
- Media Support: Assist in the creation of multimedia content by drafting scripts, prompts, or outlines as needed.
- Resource Coordination: Liaise with librarians to source and clear course materials; coordinate with designers to develop course imagery.
- Knowledge Integration: Identify and integrate contemporary learning resources to enhance course content.
- Quality Assurance: Review all course components from a subject matter perspective to ensure quality and relevance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, excellent communication and project management skills.
