About the Role
We are seeking a Lawyer with at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law to join our Melbourne Property and Developments team.
The successful candidate will have direct access to partners and senior lawyers, and will benefit from strong secretarial support.
The role involves managing conveyancing and property settlements, preparing and negotiating commercial leases, drafting and reviewing contracts of sale, conducting legal research, and advising on property-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
