Job Opportunity for Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Production Supervisor.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing production operations in manufacturing, signage or print industries.
  • Strong project coordination and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle conflicting priorities effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Experience in supervising employees and managing external suppliers.
  • Desirable skills include experience using design software such as Corel or Illustrator.

The key responsibilities of this role involve:

  • Supervising production teams, including liaison with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating operations to optimize resource utilization.
  • Supervising, motivating and training a team of 10 staff members.
  • Ensuring accurate measurements, site inspections, materials and job requirements prior to commencement.
  • Maintaining compliance with Work Health and Safety practices and Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Coordinating communication with national contractors and installation networks.
  • Providing liaison services with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing project documentation and governance processes.
  • Initiating and implementing change in products and production policies.
  • Driving proactive initiatives in project requirements, including budgeting and reporting.
