Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee the civil litigation team, ensuring billing targets are met and high-quality legal services are provided.
  • Civil File Load: Conduct your own civil file load, allocating files to the team and supervising the management of civil claims.
  • Mentorship and Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop the civil team to enable career growth within Avant Law.
  • Legal Advisory Services: Support the delivery of medico-legal advisory services to Avant members by providing advice and assistance.
