Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Counter Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter and delivery services.

This role involves:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and information about products to our customers.
  • Quotes and Ordering: Providing quotes both in person and over the phone, and assisting with picking and packing orders.
  • Stock Control and Safety: Undertaking stock control activities, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Delivery Services: Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Skill and Ability: The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
  • Computer Literacy: The ability to use a computer and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Clean Driving Licence: A clean, valid driver's licence.
