Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service by offering professional advice, caring and informed service.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting front-of-shop sales efforts through add-on sales and customer engagement.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in unpacking orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance.
Candidates must have excellent standard of customer service, ability to prioritize tasks and manage demands, strong communication skills, and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Websters and Dispensing, customer service experience (2+ years), and Full Driver Licence.
