
Operational Leadership Manager

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team as a Service Manager. As a key member of our management group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to staff in their roles, sharing your operational and leadership skills to drive excellence in service delivery.
- Work across multiple aged care facilities, covering leave and providing additional assistance and support to Facility Managers as needed.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service while effectively managing resources and meeting business objectives.
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility, driving funding and managing costs to achieve financial targets.
- Lead the facility to achieving accreditation with the support of a Clinical Nurse and Central Support Team.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring a seamless running facility with staff committed to best practice and person-centred care.
- Implement and support quality improvement activities to exceed resident and family expectations.
- Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client-directed care outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record as a Clinical Manager or Facility Manager within residential aged care or home care.
- The ability to deliver exceptional resident care through continuous quality improvement initiatives and high-quality services.
- Confidence, visibility, adaptability, and energy as a leader who embodies and promotes our organisation's vision and values.
- Sound business and financial acumen to manage budgets effectively and deliver optimal levels of resident care.
- Adaptability, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to meet changing needs and priorities.
