UKG HR Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop core HR systems, including permissions architecture, to ensure seamless functionality.
- Contribute to HR system projects, selecting, testing, and implementing software to meet business needs.
- Perform system administration and configuration activities within Workday/UKG Dimensions, including system maintenance, testing, and user access management.
- Regularly audit data quality and monitor system integrations to ensure integrity and accuracy within Workday.
- Develop and maintain relevant practices and procedures to support HR system operations.
- Create and maintain reports and analytics to meet end-user needs, driving standardization and efficient delivery.
- Support stakeholders through training on HR systems and resolving queries.
- Focus on continuous improvement, analyzing options for HR system requirements and driving process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in IT, business administration, or HR.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions & Workday.
- Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion in all matters of confidentiality.
