UKG HR Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop core HR systems, including permissions architecture, to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Contribute to HR system projects, selecting, testing, and implementing software to meet business needs.
  • Perform system administration and configuration activities within Workday/UKG Dimensions, including system maintenance, testing, and user access management.
  • Regularly audit data quality and monitor system integrations to ensure integrity and accuracy within Workday.
  • Develop and maintain relevant practices and procedures to support HR system operations.
  • Create and maintain reports and analytics to meet end-user needs, driving standardization and efficient delivery.
  • Support stakeholders through training on HR systems and resolving queries.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, analyzing options for HR system requirements and driving process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, business administration, or HR.
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions & Workday.
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion in all matters of confidentiality.
