Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with business needs and corporate objectives.

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior management and employees to identify opportunities that add value, consult on strategic business and HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

This involves collaborating with leaders at all levels to enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention, as well as serving as a consultant on HR initiatives to maintain a positive, productive workplace.

The role requires strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to leverage data to tell a story.

It also demands high level customer orientation, consultative, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and customer service skills to effectively partner with all levels of management and deal with employee relations situations.
