
Customer Service Administrator

This is an admin role within our Workforce team where you'll manage leave records, track feedback, and support onboarding and interview coordination.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, enjoy staying organised, and bring a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the go-to admin support for the team.
- Manage staff leave records and tracking feedback.
- Respond to queries from care staff and support their daily needs.
- Assist with onboarding, inductions, and interview coordination.
- Keep our systems up to date and accurate.
- Strong computer literacy across Outlook, Word, and Excel, with accurate data entry skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service settings.
- Confident in handling staff queries, managing leave records, and supporting onboarding and interviews.
- Warm, approachable, and team-oriented, with a consistently positive attitude.
- Completion of a National Criminal Records Check.
