About Senior Clinician Role

The role of a Senior Clinician is pivotal in developing and implementing treatment programs for clients with substance use disorders, operating within the Local Court System for up to 12 weeks. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining approachable and non-judgmental relationships with clients. Active listening and empathy are essential qualities required for success in this position.

Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling is mandatory, accompanied by eligibility for professional association membership or full registration through AHPRA.
  • Social Workers and Counsellors require 3 years of full-time equivalent experience.
  • Additionally, eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work, potentially over long distances, are necessary.
