Ambitious Automotive Professional Sought

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Automotive Manager in Training to join our team. This is a developmental role that involves training to handle phone calls, set appointments, and interact with customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while working in both the front and back shop.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with customers on services requested
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of up to 10 employees
  • Maintain inventory counts and overall cleanliness and organization of the facility

In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and facility maintenance.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and train a team of up to 10 employees to achieve business objectives.

As a General Service Technician, you will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic technician jobs. You will also train to diagnose and repair domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
