About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Partner to join our Developer Sales team at REA Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading digital media company that is changing the way the world experiences property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to promote their projects and new homes through our suite of display and classified media products.
  • Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet the advertisers' marketing and sales objectives.
  • Meet with key industry influencers to stay up-to-date on competitive offerings, deal structures, and emerging trends.
  • Understand prospective clients' businesses, including their staff, organizational structures, budgeting cycles, marketing and advertising objectives, and campaign plans.
  • Stay informed about local market developments, including new site launches, initiatives, and online industry trends.
  • Continuously improve understanding of global and local online advertising trends, technologies, effective campaign strategies, deal structures, and emerging markets.
Requirements
  • Proven digital sales experience with a few runs on the board.
  • Knowledge of the property developer industry and sales experience with direct customers and ad/media agencies.
  • Good understanding of advertising processes and strategies, as well as numerate experience with reporting on client activity.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Balanced team player dedicated to client service.
  • Savvy-minded and able to think outside the box.
  • Strong and creative communicator with good relationship management skills.
