About the Role

The Finance Business Partner - Last Mile Delivery will play a critical role in supporting the Last Mile Delivery team in achieving their financial goals. This includes providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, as well as managing month-end financial accounting and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial, commercial, and strategic insights to support the Last Mile Delivery operations, including analysis of capacity to achieve Last Mile KPIs, budgeted cost initiatives, and support for E-com profitability.
  • Support the annual planning (Budgeting), re-forecasting, and month-end reporting processes for Last Mile Delivery, with a focus on both the Endeavour Delivery business and the Customer Hub.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager (Last Mile Delivery) to provide ad-hoc decision support, business case preparation, and actionable insights for strategic initiatives across the end-to-end customer fulfillment model.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management accounting and business partnering, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key business partners and manage a broad stakeholder base.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Commercial thinker with the ability to critically evaluate and solve problems.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
