Your Expertise Needed
  • You will oversee and implement our alumni engagement strategy across various platforms.
  • Your expertise in digital publishing and news sense will be crucial in driving engagement, expanding audience reach, and enhancing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for alumni engagement, collaborating with key stakeholders in editorial and audience growth.
  2. Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a push and pull content ecosystem across owned and off-platform channels.
  3. Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.
  4. Explore and evaluate emerging or niche social platforms to expand brand presence, assessing potential benefits and risks.
  5. Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for all channels.
  6. Leverage social media monitoring tools and industry research to generate insights that inform data-driven content creation.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful social media strategies.
  • A strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience in leading and managing a social media team, with the ability to delegate tasks and drive team success.
