Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy professional to join our team as a Strategic Data Analyst.
The successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping the future of our school infrastructure by coordinating demographic and facilities data, monitoring enrolment trends, and providing insights that guide strategic planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of demographic, enrolment, and facilities data to support planning initiatives.
- Research and monitor trends in enrolment and facility utilisation to inform future school planning.
- Analyse data from internal and external systems to generate projections and recommendations.
- Support senior staff with written reports for school projects, expansions, and land acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Providing administrative support to senior staff members.
- Experience or strong interest in demographic/property research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in geospatial tools such as ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
- Providing accurate documentation with a high attention to detail.
