About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Steward & Systems Support professional to fill this key position.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new users and maintaining Tech Tool applications, as well as managing master data in line with governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log customer support requests in the current ticketing system
  • Provide first level support in relation to user administration
  • Provide PC fleet management and administration services for the Tech Tool computers
  • End to end ownership and follow up of user access and support requests
  • Provide master data database support across various dealer network systems
Your Team

You will work in a team of 8, alongside experienced professionals including Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, a Power Platform Specialist and other technical specialists. The team is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on achieving results.

About You

We value both technical skills, as well as your positive behaviours and traits. Ideally you will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role focusing on either master data or systems support
  • Experience in Dealer Management systems would be beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work through change management processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
