This role will work within our Group Digital and IT business.

What you will do

As the Master Data Steward & Systems Support, you will be responsible for setting up new users and maintaining Tech Tool applications, as well as managing master data in line with Volvo Group Australia's (VGA) governance.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Log customer support requests in the current ticketing system
- Provide first level support in relation to user administration
- Provide PC fleet management and administration services for the Tech Tool computers
- End to end ownership and follow up of user access and support requests
- Provide master data database support across VGA's dealer network systems (Customer, Vehicle, Dealer and User Systems)
- Management and maintenance of data assets
- Coordinate master data management activities with other data owners to ensure consistent approach to treatment of data assets
- Provide input to process and system owners that will help secure data quality

Your future team

Reporting to the Data & Digital Solutions Manager, you will work in a team of 8, alongside Data Analyst's, Business Analyst's, Software Engineer's, a Power Platform Specialist and two other Master Data Steward & Systems Support. The team are a technically skilled and supportive group of individuals who are motivated to succeed. Your team forms part of the greater Digital and IT division of 34 employees, which also includes our IOS Onsite team and Business Systems team.

Who are you?

At VGA, we value both technical skills, as well as your positive behaviours and traits. Ideally you will possess:

- A tertiary qualification within IT or similar
- Experience in a similar role focusing on either master data or systems support
- Experience in Dealer Management systems would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work through change management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
