Job Description

Our team is seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients to deliver project outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage materials management systems and processes
  • Develop new or manage existing Materials Master Data
  • Configure project instances and develop project data definition guides
  • Conduct periodic quality control to ensure project data quality
  • Produce reports and metrics for assigned projects as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes, and procedures in delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or trade background
  • 8-15 years work experience preferably within a mining, hydrocarbons, or chemical environment
  • Computer literacy with good capability of MS Office suite of programs
  • Proficient developing and managing one or more CMMS databases (e.g. SAP Oracle, Maximo)
  • Experience with Equipment, Bill of Materials, and Maintenance Plan development
  • High competence and passion to use data to drive projects and reporting
