We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Audience Data & Insights team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Customer Data Platforms, enabling data source and destination integrations, and automation processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing CDP strategies, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with suppliers, developers, and QA teams.

A successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into meaningful audience segments, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CDP strategy
  • Gather business requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders
  • Support delivery of CDP roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data across the business
  • Establish best practices for effective governance and reporting
  • Create product documentation and training materials
  • Champion CDP capabilities and drive adoption
