Senior Architectural Designer Opportunity

About the PositionYou will work closely with clients, coordinating their requirements and producing detailed designs and pre-construction documentation. As a leader in development, you will have the chance to develop your skills and take ownership of projects.
Duties- Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Produce high-quality design and pre-construction documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with your team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- High proficiency with Revit software
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and consultants
- A passion for design and a drive for excellence
