Senior Architectural Designer RoleThe role of a Senior Architectural Designer involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions and translate sketches and documents into realized 3D models. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
- Develop the design and delivery of architectural projects through effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Possess knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion and meet client expectations.
- Produce high-quality BIM models, construction drawings, and specifications that adhere to industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably with a focus on sustainable design and building performance simulation.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Professional registration or licensure is desirable.
