Group Tax Manager

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead the Group Tax Function, focusing on strategic advisory and compliance.

  • Manage the Group Tax Function with a focus on strategic advisory and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory and Compliance

Develop and implement taxation compliance strategies across Australia and international jurisdictions.

Leadership and Collaboration

Lead the implementation and oversight of our Tax Risk Management and Governance Framework.

Candidate Profile

You will be a highly skilled taxation professional with expertise in corporate tax and managing complex compliance and advisory matters.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in corporate tax roles, with strong knowledge of Australian taxation law.
  • Exposure to international taxation issues such as permanent establishments and transfer pricing.
  • Understanding of Tax Governance and Risk Management Frameworks.
