Operational Technology Cybersecurity Specialist

This job opportunity exists to support the growth of clients in major Energy sector projects. An experienced Operational Technology (OT) Engineer is required to provide cybersecurity support and assurance activities to protect frontline systems from cyber-attacks.
- Maintain OT asset security at acceptable levels.
- Lead contractors and service providers delivering OT-specific work.
- Deliver the OT Maintenance Program.
- Evaluate OT system changes for security and suitability.
- Support frontline maintenance during OT incidents.
- Support the CSIRT during cyber incidents.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 2 years of experience in Control System Engineering, OT, or IT.
- Experience in maintenance and operations.
- A good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management, especially in Oil & Gas environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership qualities.
- CCNA and/or SANS GICSP certification (or working towards).
- An Engineering or IT degree from a recognized university.
