Leadership Role in Energy Sector Training

The evolving energy sector demands innovation and transformation. As a Transmission Line Training Specialist, you will oversee training for our Transmission Lines workforce, ensuring programs are compliant with national standards, technically accurate, and aligned with industry needs.
A Day in the Life at Our Organization- Design and implement training pathways for lines apprentices and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with national training requirements (Cert III ESI).
- Maintain training calendars, content, and audit readiness.
- Build strong relationships with industry to align training with emerging practices.
- Support succession planning by building a capable, future-ready workforce.
- You bring extensive experience in transmission line construction and maintenance, along with a strong interest in developing others.
- You understand the technical and safety demands of the role, and you know how to translate them into structured, practical training.
- You will bring:
- Extensive experience in transmission line work in the electricity sector.
- Certificate III ESI – Transmission Overhead and Certificate IV TAE.
- Demonstrated experience in program design and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships.
