We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving success and leading your team to achieve overall goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, motivator and aspirational attributes, with previous retail management experience and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work effectively with a proactive approach in loss prevention management and have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, you will lead by example to assist in setting management expectations across your Team, train and mentor Team Members, and manage the team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will also be responsible for assisting with roster management and payroll approval, working with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure creative visions are applied within the store, and contributing to the creation of an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example to drive results and achieve goals
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve team performance
- Mentoring and training Team Members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
