Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are one of the largest providers to the National Disability Insurance Scheme, supporting thousands of participants with their care needs.

Our multidisciplinary team approach builds a quality support service around the participant's and family goals. Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participant developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
