As a key player in the financial operations of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth cash flow management. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the AR Manager and AR team in meeting scheduled deadlines relevant to Accounts Receivable within the Finance Department.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and allocating payments received against outstanding invoices according to remittances.

  • Accurately process incoming payments and allocate them to the correct customer accounts.
  • Conduct thorough debt collection activities in alignment with established KPIs.
  • Ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate by maintaining and updating email and contact information.
  • Generate and distribute monthly customer statements to facilitate timely payment processing.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create and manage invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Perform daily generation and importation of invoice batch files to streamline processes.
  • Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and process refund documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, principles, and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
