As an Electronics Engineering Expert, you will play a key role in:
- Developing and executing comprehensive tests to ensure products meet all key customer requirements before release.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are designed and built to meet the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-End System Testing- Develop and document comprehensive test plans to ensure products meet all key customer requirements before release.
- Perform testing on sample products according to the developed test plans, capturing results in detailed reports.
- Conduct DFT analysis, participate in DFMEA & PFMEA activities, and develop test specifications for manufacturing testers.
- Ensure manufacturing tester specifications are clearly documented, and all verification/validation plans are executed and reported.
- Perform quality audits of contract manufacturers (CMs) and their products, including Cpk analysis of test results to measure consistency.
- Ensure audit reports are kept up to date, and Cpk analysis is performed on each manufacturing batch for quality assurance.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in test plan development & report generation, electronics product manufacturing and DFMEA processes.
- Exposure to electronic design using Altium or similar software, and firmware development for test purposes.
- Proficient in soldering and solder inspection.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Experience with RF testing and/or Regulatory/EMC Compliance is desirable.
- High attention to detail.
