Senior Electrical and Electronics Engineer Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic satellite technologies team.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of Australia's brightest engineers and scientists, working on cutting-edge projects in space surveillance mission systems, simulation and modelling, electronic warfare, and systems engineering.

  • Bachelor's, Masters or PHD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in system design, schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit modelling and simulation, hands-on prototyping, and implementation of complex electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and verification of new satellite and ground system hardware.
  • Managing and implementing change across a range of existing hardware.
  • Continuous improvement of people, process, and tools.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship due to defence security clearance requirements.
  • Bachelor's, Masters or PHD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in system design, schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit modelling and simulation, hands-on prototyping, and implementation of complex electronic systems.
