">We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of cleanliness in our rooms and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Complete cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
- Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training, taking necessary safety precautions.
- Maintain a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients, and contractor personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to take direction, committed to continuous improvement and growth.
- Friendly personality with a positive outlook, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Great attention to detail, taking pride in your work and striving for excellence.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Qualifications:
Room Attendant training and induction support provided. However, experience in a hotel/resort is highly desirable and will be well regarded.
