With your leadership, the Housekeeping team will be empowered to deliver a guest experience rooted in care, comfort, and thoughtful detail, creating an atmosphere where guests feel instantly at ease.From creating high standards of cleanliness and presentation to nurturing a team culture of pride and precision, overseeing housekeeping operations that reflect the unique essence of The Sundays.Where you'll make an impactMotivate and support the Housekeeping team, establishing a welcoming and positive culture from day one.Manage daily operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services meet luxury standards.Build a strong team through effective onboarding, coaching, and skill development.Oversee room inspections and inventory management, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.Implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.Uphold The Sundays' ethos in all interactions, creating a relaxed and memorable guest experience.What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members.
