We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to spearhead our engineering team at PRA. As a leader with a strong track record of guiding teams through significant growth phases, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive technical excellence and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Drive high-quality execution and efficiency within the engineering organization, keeping the team on track to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with cross-functional teams in product, support, and go-to-market to deliver solutions that keep the company competitive.
  • Scalability and Innovation: Anticipate challenges related to scale and help the team implement the best solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Partner with the GTM team to meet the needs of key customers.
About You

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong technical background in software engineering, hands-on coding experience when needed, and familiarity with B2B applications. Ideally, you will have experience in managing hybrid and remote teams, hiring and developing diverse talent, and inspiring teams to achieve and exceed goals.
