**Role Summary:**

We seek an experienced professional to develop and execute brand consumer strategies, manage paid media campaigns, and drive business growth through performance marketing.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing brand consumer strategies as a key input for omnichannel content and media
  • Supporting all aspects of paid media, including offline and online touchpoints
  • Translating brand & business priorities into performance marketing strategies and tactics
  • Leading digital initiatives, ensuring appropriate prioritization of data-driven customer relationship building
  • Ensuring best practices across the organization, including use of data and performance marketing

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Minimum University Bachelor's degree in a Commercial Subject, Marketing or Media or equivalent experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the consumer ecosystem and how different channels work together to deliver against varying JTBD
  • 2 years' experience in agency or client media management roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency across all media touchpoints, including TV, BVOD, OOH, Radio, YouTube, Meta, Search, Amazon
